Kurukulli is an energetic dancing red deity with one face and four arms. Two arms are holding an arrow made of Utpala flowers and a flesh, the other two are holding a lasso and a hook.

Her practice helps generate energy and power. The practise of Kurukulli belongs to the 13 Golden Dharmas of the Sakyapa tradition. There is also a practise known as Tara-Kurukulli.
